Human Impact

Many things threaten the Gobi, such as Urban sprawl and land claimed for farming. Without human intervention, the Gobi will disappear.The Gobi is also threatening to expand with desertification caused by over grazing and heavy mechanical tools used in farming will cause the soil to be eroded in a higher pace.
